Our mission is to take the hard work out of your recruitment process and we can assist you from the moment you decide to advertise for a new applicant until you have employed the right candidate.

We usually work out a job-ad and determine which media will be used to advertise. If needed, we will help you sift through the CV's, submit the pre-qualified applicants to a number of tests (Personality Test and IQ Test) and deliver you an extensive report of his/her strengths and weaknesses.

And if you want we can even help you with the final interview and checking references.

Our Profile Analysis cuts through the social veneer and reveals how the person "really" is.
